Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Because each E. Stohlman watch is made to order, up to a 30-day assembly time may be required before your order is shipped.

The Company ships to addresses around the World. We will make every effort to ship your order within 3 business days of completion of your watch. The estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of checkout. The Company is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by inclement weather or other uncontrollable circumstances. We will also not be responsible for any tariffs or Taxes the Country being shipped to applies after the fact.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

The Company will accept returns of products in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at e.stohlmanwatchco@gmail.co

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service at e.stohlmanwatchco@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

WARRANTY

Our watches come with a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty covers the watch movement, hands, dial and case. The warranty does not cover:  Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized service, Normal wear and tear of the watch, such as scratches, worn out plating, lost or broken crowns, worn out straps, and worn out/broken glass, Water damage, if the watch is not water-resistant or if the customer does not respect the water resistance indication of the watch.
