DELIVERY

Because each E. Stohlman watch is made to order, up to a 30-day assembly time may be required before your order is shipped.

The Company ships to addresses around the World. We will make every effort to ship your order within 3 business days of completion of your watch. The estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of checkout. The Company is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by inclement weather or other uncontrollable circumstances. We will also not be responsible for any tariffs or Taxes the Country being shipped to applies after the fact.

RETURNS & REFUNDS Of NEW E. STOHLMAN WATCHES

The Company will accept returns of products in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at e.stohlmanwatchco@gmail.co

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service at e.stohlmanwatchco@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS Of VINTAGE & PRE-OWNED

Many of E. Stohlman's Vintage pieces are sold as-is and are not eligible for return.

It is important to read the detailed item description and examine all the photographs carefully before purchasing. Every piece is thoroughly photographed and accurately described. If you have any questions about something you see (or don’t see) in the photos or description, please reach out before buying.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, provided your return will be subject to the terms herein.

Refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of watch
For Purchases: payment within 7 days upon receipt of watch

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at e.stohlmanwatchco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for sending the item back to E. Stohlman Watch Co fully insured. You must ship within 48 hours of approval. Failure to provide tracking within this timeline voids the return authorization. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note you will be responsible for the shipping fee for the return as follows:

U.S. customers bear the full cost of shipping the item to E. Stohlman Watch CO., fully insured.
International Returns: A flat rate shipping fee of USD $250 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
