Service & Warranty

At E. Stohlman Watch Company, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our watches.

We stand behind the durability and performance of our products and are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service.

Our watches come with a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty covers the watch movement, hands, dial and case. The warranty does not cover:  Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized service, Normal wear and tear of the watch, such as scratches, worn out plating, lost or broken crowns, worn out straps, and worn out/broken glass, Water damage, if the watch is not water-resistant or if the customer does not respect the water resistance indication of the watch. If you have a warranty claim, please contact our customer service at e.stohlmanwatchco@gmail.com. Our team will assess the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed with the warranty service.

Please note that any unauthorized attempts to open or repair the watch will void the warranty.
