WARRANTY FOR NEW E. STOHLMAN WATCHES
Our watches come with a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty covers the watch movement, hands, dial and case. The warranty does not cover: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized service, Normal wear and tear of the watch, such as scratches, worn out plating, lost or broken crowns, worn out straps, and worn out/broken glass, Water damage, if the watch is not water-resistant or if the customer does not respect the water resistance indication of the watch. WARRANTY FOR VINTAGE/PRE-OWNED
Although many pieces are sold as is, some will come with a warranty on their movement.
Pieces sold as "Serviced” have been serviced by me and do come with a 1 year internal warranty on the movement, starting the date it is sold.
This DOES NOT COVER:

Cosmetic imperfections: scratches, dings, marks left on surface of piece
- Magnetism, this may be caused in shipping and can cause the watch to not keep accurate time. Because of this shipping the watch again could cause the same issue.

External damage including but not limited to: crystal scratches/cracks, scratches on case/bracelet, broken stems, broken bracelets, ripped leather bands etc.

Damage due to misuse/negligence: overwound mainspring, broken stem, water/moisture damage, damage to calendar functions etc.

Acts of God: earthquake, wildfire, weather phenomena, unexplained gravitational anomalies and so on.
