Orders

Each watch is put together once it is ordered. To test it fully and make sure that it is up to our standards, it can take up to 30days for it to be completed and shipped.

Warranty & Care

When you're not wearing your watch, it's best to store it in a safe place where it won't be exposed to extreme temperatures or humidity. Please avoid safety deposit boxes that are not climate controlled.

To clean your watch, use a soft cloth or brush to gently wipe away any dirt or debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives, as they can damage the case or bracelet.

It is recommended to have your automatic watch serviced every 5-7 years, or more frequently if you notice any issues with its performance.

PRODUCTS

All watches are built in the USA by Maryland Watch Works.

It's not recommended to wear an automatic watch while in a hot tub or showering as the hot water can damage the movement and the seals of the watch.

Most watch bracelets can be adjusted by removing or adding links. This should be done by a professional watchmaker, as the process sometimes requires specialized tools and knowledge.

You should wind the watch once a day, if you haven't worn it for a while, at least 15 full turns of the crown.

First be sure that the watch is after 4am or before 10pm before setting the day or date. Pull out the crown to the 2nd position, rotate the crown clockwise to change the day and counterclockwise to change the day.

The bezel and center case are made from Silver and Rhodium or gold plated to keep from tarnishing. The case back is not silver because of common allergies to Silver.
